Homemade Pizza With Whole Wheat Crust
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups of white whole wheat flour (get it here)
- 4 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups of warm water
- 4 tablespoons of oil or lard
- 6 ounces organic tomato sauce (get it here)
- 8-12 ounces mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese, shredded
- garlic and herb seasoning (optional) (get it here)
- desired pizza toppings, precooked
