Homemade Pizza With Whole Wheat Crust


  • 4 1/2 to 5 cups of white whole wheat flour (get it here)
  • 4 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 4 tablespoons of oil or lard
  • 6 ounces organic tomato sauce (get it here)
  • 8-12 ounces mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • garlic and herb seasoning (optional) (get it here)
  • desired pizza toppings, precooked
